What shines and what doesn’t

The location is great for exploring and the breakfast was wonderful! ! The staff at dinner exceeded expectations with their incredible service which made for a delightful evening.

The room cleanliness was disappointing, with dirty carpets and poor maintenance. Additionally, loud noise from events disrupted sleep, indicating a need for better soundproofing.

The rooftop pool was a fine retreat offering amazing views of the downtown skyline-perfect for lounging or catching evening fireworks! My King Room was beautifully decorated with local touches that reflected the essence of the area. The hotel’s location was unbeatable, just a breezy walk away from fabulous shops and restaurants, keeping the vibe fun and vibrant!

room was clean, which I appreciated. However, the location was a bit noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. Overall, my stay was pleasant but could have been better with quieter surroundings.

We had a fun time exploring La Rodadora Espacio Interactivo, which was perfect for our kids. The hotel's location made it easy to get to other family-friendly attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable for our large group, making our stay enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available. It would be great to have a more extensive menu for families during breakfast or dinner hours.

central to el paso's best parks and landmarks

i really appreciated being just a few steps from the el paso holocaust museum and a nice walk to san jacinto plaza, making it easy to explore these landmarks and enjoy the local vibe during my stay as part of a group for two nights.
